After more than two years of struggle by the owners' committee, the original property company was finally driven away.

The lawsuit was finally won. The new property management company is a local company, which used to be a national chain property management company. But as a neutral school, it doesn't matter, as long as it can serve well.

Since the new property management company officially took over, the property fee has been reduced from 2 yuan per square meter to 1.8 yuan per square meter, and the parking fee has been reduced from 1.50 yuan to 100 yuan per month, saving nearly 1,000 yuan a year.

On the first day, all the new trash cans were changed. Floor mats are placed at the door of each unit, and floor mats are also placed in the elevator.

In the next few days, garage lights were replaced one after another, security cameras were installed, lawn signs were erected, and the community was disinfected and insecticidal.

The carport has also been transformed, and a part of zombie car has been recycled at the rate of 500 per vehicle, and high-power charging piles have been newly installed.

The underground garage in the residential area has also been re-listed, and those vehicles that have no parking spaces and are parked indiscriminately have been cleaned up.

Individual owners have leaking windows or something, and the property can also send people to repair them in time. In order to serve everyone conveniently, the property office specially moved to an empty room in a residential area, which used to be the canteen opened by the property.

I feel that the new property management company is ok, at least it has just settled in and done so much visible work, which is very gratifying!

Recently began to check property fees. I heard that most of the owners didn't pay the property fees in the past two years, and the original property companies all sued the court.

I honestly paid it all on time, and my husband laughed at me and said that it is estimated that no one in the whole community will pay the property fee except our family!
