Article 3 These Provisions shall apply to Jinjiang, Qingyang, Jinniu, Wuhou and Chenghua five districts (including high-tech zones, hereinafter referred to as five districts) of this Municipality. Article 4 People's governments at all levels should strengthen their leadership over the management of city appearance, incorporate the construction and management of city appearance into the national economic and social development plan, and organize their implementation. Article 5 The municipal administrative department of city appearance and environment shall be responsible for the supervision and management of the city appearance.

Article 7 All units and individuals have the obligation to maintain the appearance of the city and the right to persuade and report acts that damage the appearance of the city. Eighth people's governments at all levels shall commend and reward units and individuals that have made outstanding achievements in the planning, construction and management of city appearance. Chapter ii city appearance management standards article 9 city road management standards:

(1) roads are smooth and intact, without water accumulation and subsidence;

(5) Street-facing units, shopping malls and shops are not allowed to set up rain (sun) awnings; Residential housing set rain (Yang) awning, its height and color should be consistent, and keep clean and beautiful;

(6) The outdoor air conditioners and exhaust fans installed on the ground floor facing the street should be more than 2m above the ground; No air conditioner shall be installed on the street front of the new building;

(7) The approved bus station (station), mailbox, telephone booth, gallery, poster column, publicity column (window) and other facilities should be in harmony with the surrounding environment, without damage, paint removal, rust and dirt;

(8) The roof shall not be arbitrarily built or piled up;

(1) It is forbidden to hang or dry articles on guardrails, road signs, telephone poles, street lamp poles and other facilities. Article 11 Management standard of garden green space:

(1) Street trees should be planted neatly, leaves should be clean, and the base of trunk should be covered with plants or porous hard materials and kept flat;

(2) Street greenbelts, street gardens, flower beds and flower ponds are neat and beautiful, without waste, trees and flowers are well managed, without dead branches, dead trees and weeds, and pests and diseases are prevented in time;

(3) modeling plants, climbing plants, hedges, etc., with beautiful shapes and distinctive features;

(4) vertical greening or roof greening should be implemented for the fa? ade and roof of buildings (structures) facing the street;

(5) It is forbidden to hang or dry articles on trees facing the street. Article 12 Management standards for outdoor advertisements and signs:

(1) No outdoor space such as urban roads, bridges, squares, riverbanks, green spaces, street gardens and buildings (structures) shall be occupied without authorization, and colored flags, colored stripes, inflatable objects, cloth banners, neon lights, electronic display screens (signs), signs, light boxes, windows or outdoor advertisements shall be posted.

(2) It is forbidden to paste, scribble, scribble, carve or spray on buildings, trees and municipal public facilities;

(3) It is forbidden to distribute advertisements on the street;

(4) outdoor advertisements, business signs, shop signs, road name plates, signboards, signs, signs and publicity boards approved for setting should be firmly set, exquisitely made, with standardized characters, clear and complete handwriting and patterns, coordinated with the street view and kept clean, without damage, paint stripping and missing words;
