Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 1 In order to standardize and guide civilized behavior, cultivate and practice the core socialist values, and enhance the civilized quality of citizens and the level of social civilization, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and in conjunction with the actual situation of this city, this regulation is formulated these regulations. Relevant government departments should clarify their tasks, cooperate with each other, and promote civilized behavior within the scope of their respective responsibilities. Article 4: State agencies, enterprises, institutions and other social organizations shall, in light of their own actual conditions, carry out civilized creation activities and participate in the promotion of civilized behavior. Article 5 Citizens should be patriotic, dedicated, honest, friendly, and abide by civilized behavioral norms. State functionaries, deputies to the National People's Congress, members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, public figures, etc. should set an example in promoting civilized behavior. Chapter 2 Basic Norms of Civilized Behavior Article 6 Citizens shall abide by the order in public places:

(1) No foul language, no quarrels and fights, and no exposure of the body;

(3) Do not smoke in places where smoking is prohibited;

(6) When waiting for services in public places You should queue up consciously. Article 7 Citizens shall abide by public traffic order:

(1) Do not use handheld phones when driving motor vehicles, and do not use high beams or whistles in violation of regulations;

( 2) Motor vehicles do not stop and pull over randomly, and when a vehicle in front is stopped and waiting or driving slowly, they do not use the lane to overtake or occupy the opposite lane, and do not cross waiting vehicles;
