Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 1 In order to standardize and guide civilized behavior, cultivate and practice the core socialist values, and enhance the civilized quality of citizens and the level of social civilization, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and in conjunction with the actual situation of this city, this regulation is formulated these regulations.
