Call 10086, transfer to manual service, and ask him or her to help you shield. If he (she) doesn't do it, he (she) will be scolded and call when you have time. Anyway, it doesn't cost money until he (she) handles it for you. This is technically fine, but the customer service will not handle it for you. Mine was cancelled like this.
