It prompts that an error occurred while logging into Xiaomi account. Your identity has expired. Please log in again. Moreover, you cannot log in. Even retrieving your password does not work.

Reason: You need to change the password in Xiaomi Mall. Solution:

1. First, unlock your iPhone, enter the login page of Xiaomi Mall, and click the "Forgot Password" option in the upper right corner of the page.

2. Then enter the Mi account ID/Mi account bound mobile phone/email and picture verification code in the page that opens, as shown in the picture below.

3. Click Next, the system will transfer to the SMS verification page and send a verification message to the Xiaomi account-bound mobile phone.

4. Finally, enter the SMS verification code on the page that opens and reset the password, as shown in the figure below.
