The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the detection range:

Yunlong District is a closed control area and a controlled area; Junior colleges and secondary vocational schools; Yellow code personnel; Key population; Pension institutions.

Second, the detection time:

It starts at 6:00 am on April 8, 2022 and ends at noon 12: 00.

Third, the detection position:

1. Closed control area: Building 28, Phase III, No.1 Heping, Yunlong District, Yulanyuan Community, Xingfu Road, Yunlong District/Building kloc-0/.

2. Control area: Phase III of Heping Phase I in Yunlong District, Yulanyuan Community of Xingfu Road in Yunlong District.

3. Universities and secondary vocational schools within the jurisdiction: subject to the school notice.

4. Yellow Code Personnel: See Distribution Table of Sampling Points for Nucleic Acid Detection of Yellow Code Personnel in Yunlong District.

5. Key population: subject to the notice from the street community.

6. Old-age care institutions: subject to the notice from the street community.

Fourth, matters needing attention:

1. All sampling personnel shall properly and reasonably arrange time for nucleic acid detection at each sampling point according to the designated time period notified by the community to ensure that all samples should be detected.

2. All sampling personnel should wear masks, take the initiative to show the "Xuzhou Health Treasure", "Su Kang Code" and "Bus Code" of that day, accept body temperature detection, obey the dispatching command of management personnel, queue up in an orderly manner according to the on-site instructions, keep a reasonable distance above 1 meter with others, and do not cut in line, talk or gather.

3. This round of test directly scans the ID card registration. Please be sure to bring the original ID card. Without the original ID card, sampling must be accompanied by immediate family members; If you don't have the original ID card and your children or parents are not around, please write down your name, mobile phone number and ID number in advance, and the on-site staff will assist you in entering it.

4. If you have fever, cough and other symptoms, please report to your community and unit in advance, do a good job of personal protection, go to the nearest hospital fever clinic in time, and don't go to the centralized sampling point.

The cost of this nucleic acid detection should be borne by the government. If no call is received within 24 hours after sampling, the test result is negative and no written report is issued.

6. Please involve relevant personnel actively, and don't spread rumors, disbelief or rumors. Anyone who interferes with or obstructs sample collection and maliciously spreads false pictures, videos and speeches, causing serious social impact, will be strictly investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
