Recently, epidemics have occurred in many places in China and the province. The risk of epidemic importation and spread continues to exist. Relevant matters are now reminded as follows:

1. People who come (return) to South Africa with a history of traveling to high-risk areas in the past 7 days will be quarantined for 7 days; those who come (return) with a history of traveling to medium-risk areas in the past 7 days ( Persons returning to South Korea will be quarantined at home for 7 days.

2. Persons coming (returning) to South Africa with a history of living in the Tibet Autonomous Region and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region will undergo “3 days of home health monitoring + 3 days of key personnel monitoring” from the day they arrive at the destination community (village) "Prevention and control measures. During the period of home health monitoring, if you live alone in a single room with a single bathroom, you will need to undergo three door-to-door nucleic acid samplings. If you live with others, your co-residents and themselves are not allowed to go out, and all visits will be refused; during the monitoring period of key personnel, you will be tested three times in three days, less Go out, don’t gather.

If the above-mentioned home health monitoring conditions are not met, the local area can implement centralized isolation or centralized accommodation in hotels to implement home health monitoring.

3. Personnel from outside the province (returning) to South Africa must strictly implement the "test upon entry" and implement nucleic acid testing three times in three days (with an interval of 24 hours or more between each time).

4. Persons coming (returning) to South China from counties (cities, districts) where medium- and high-risk areas are located in the province must hold a negative 24-hour nucleic acid test certificate.

5. Citizens in the three districts under the jurisdiction of the city should not leave the city unless necessary. If they really need to leave, they must present a negative 24-hour nucleic acid test certificate.

6. Citizens are requested to strengthen health monitoring of themselves and their families. If they experience the "Top Ten Symptoms" such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, etc., they should go to the nearest fever clinic for treatment while taking good personal protection.

7. Government agencies, enterprises, institutions, key places, key institutions and other public places shall strictly implement the unit's main responsibility and carry out "scanning place codes, wearing masks, health codes, itinerary cards/risk city residence history" , "Negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours" inspection.

8. Residential areas strictly implement the "three must-check" measures for people entering and exiting the community: wearing masks, checking health codes, and scanning place codes.

9. Shunqing District, Gaoping District, and Jialing District will not hold large-scale (more than 50 people) offline meetings, forums, exhibitions and other gathering activities for the time being. Happy events are postponed, funerals are kept simple, and banquets are not held.

The above measures will be dynamically adjusted according to the development of the epidemic situation.
