What should I do if the redemption of JD.COM Wealth Management Fund is overdue?

If the fund redemption fails to arrive within the time limit, please verify it by the following methods:

1. Please confirm whether the fund is redeemed successfully: after the fund is redeemed, the fund company needs to confirm the share, and the confirmation time is the trading day (T)+ the redemption date (N), which will be postponed in case of national legal holidays. After the settlement is completed on the fund confirmation date, the redeemed funds will be recharged to the small vault or bank card used for payment at that time;

Confirmation method:

1)PC side: select Redemption/Transfer/Transfer after completion on the homepage of Jingdong Finance-My Assets-My Transaction Sheet; If it has not been confirmed, only the share will be displayed under redemption amount/share, and both the share and the amount will be displayed after confirmation;

2) If the redemption is successful, the fund company will send a redemption confirmation message.

Confirm whether the bank card is abnormal: If the funds have not arrived due to the abnormality of the bank card, JD Finance will take the initiative to send a card replacement message or make an external call to obtain the new card information and pay for the new card. Please change your card through SMS link in time to keep your mobile phone open or contact JD.COM customer service in time.
