Timetable for Soliciting Volunteers for Undergraduate Program in Yunnan Province in 2023

The recruitment time of Yunnan junior college students in 2023 is as follows:

The first call for volunteers is May, 2023/KOOC-0/6/KOOC-0/4: 00-/KOOC-0/7: 00, and the deadline for candidates to fill in and confirm is May/KOOC-0/6/KOOC-0/7: 00. No overdue reports will be submitted.

Time for the second call for volunteers: the time for students to fill in their volunteers is 8: 00- 18:00 on June 23rd, and the deadline for candidates to fill in and confirm their submission is June 23rd 18:00, which will not be accepted.

Solicitation of volunteers: candidates from poor families in Yunnan province who have not been admitted in various professional categories and have professional achievements.

Fill in voluntarily:

(a) candidates can fill in no more than 20 special volunteers, each volunteer 1 institution 1 major.

(2) Candidates can only choose to fill in the corresponding enrollment institutions and professional volunteers according to the professional categories selected at the time of registration and the corresponding professional relationships determined by the enrollment institutions, and cannot fill in the categories.

(3) Candidates who have no corresponding relationship with undergraduate majors when collecting volunteers will no longer participate in collecting volunteers. Please go to the registration confirmation point and the admissions institution to explain.

(four) the professional categories, colleges and majors that have completed the plan will no longer participate in this volunteer collection.

Other matters:

(1) Please log in to the Yunnan Provincial College-upgraded Undergraduate Management System after 20:00 on June 22nd to download the list of candidates for the second call for volunteers, and notify the candidates to participate in the voluntary reporting in time. Candidates who have confirmed that they have given up volunteering should make records and file them for future reference.

(2) Each graduation school must designate a special person to be responsible for this work, reminding candidates to save and confirm the reported volunteers after completing the volunteering, and the unconfirmed volunteers are invalid.

(3) There is no on-site confirmation of this solicitation. Candidates are required to click the "Volunteer Confirmation" button and enter the SMS verification code to confirm their volunteers. Candidates who formally submit volunteer information and complete the confirmation are effective volunteers.

(4) Please attach great importance to all relevant colleges and universities, and inform all candidates of matters related to this solicitation of volunteers in a timely manner. If a candidate fails to participate in voluntary recruitment without knowing it, the graduate school will be responsible for the candidate's failure to be admitted.
