To handle the number portability service, we must first check with the operator whether the number meets the portability conditions.

Meet the carrying conditions, apply to the carrier for carrying the authorization code, and apply to the carrier for carrying. After the migration is completed, the migrating party will provide a new mobile phone card.

The specific operation process is as follows:

Step 1: Send a text message to see if it meets the transfer conditions. Note: Edit the short message "CXXZ# name # ID number" and send it to the operator's customer service number [Unicom:10010; Telecom:10001; Mobile: 10086, you can know whether you have the conditions to transfer numbers to the network.

Step 2: If it meets the requirements, get the authorization code by SMS. Note: Edit the short message "SQXZ# name # ID number" to the operator's customer service number (Unicom:10010; Telecom:10001; Mobile phone: 10086).

Step 3: Obtain the authorization code, and the importer's sales staff will apply for importing and opening a new card for the user in the system.

Step 4: After the network transfer service takes effect, it can be officially transferred to the new operator (note: in general, the service acceptance day takes effect from 8: 00 to 20: 00 every day).
