How to change a bank card into a mobile phone number?

The mobile phone number of the bank card can be modified through mobile banking, online banking stores and bank thermal customer service telephone. The following are the steps to modify the mobile phone number by using mobile banking:

Method 1: mobile banking modification

Download and install the mobile banking APP.

Take modifying the mobile phone number of Bank of Communications as an example. First, download and install the Bank of Communications APP on your mobile phone.

Click on personal information

On the personal page, click the Personal Information option.

Click Edit.

Enter personal information maintenance and click "Edit" at the bottom.

Click on the online store to make an appointment for modification.

You can see here that the reserved mobile phone number cannot be modified. You can click on the outlet to make an appointment, and bring relevant information to change your mobile phone number after making an appointment.
