Is it better to use mobile phone number or email address for Apple id?

It is recommended to use the mobile phone number. Actually, the mobile phone number can't be saved.

Starting from Apple ios 10, all Apple ids must be bound with their mobile phone numbers for double verification after logging in. Therefore, the current Apple ID registration requires email and mobile phone number to pass.

1. First open the settings of Apple's mobile phone desktop, and then you can see that there is an option to log in to iPhone at the top, and then click this option.

2. See the Apple ID login interface. Because there is no Apple ID, click on the blue font "No or forgot Apple ID"?

3. Click Create Apple ID in the pop-up window.

4. First set the date of birth, and then click Next.

5. Then edit your name and click Next. Choose to use your current email address.

6. Then in the phone number verification interface, enter the mobile phone number and select a verification method.
