3. Process and time arrangement

1. Application for enterprise users

From December 8, 2013 to December 16, 2013, employment companies can download the "Agreement for Ordering Migrant Group Tickets" from the homepage of the Migrant Workers Group Ticket Application Website (/mwgweb/) and print it. And stamped with the seal of the enterprise and its legal representative.

The manager of the employing enterprise should go to the migrant worker group ticket processing station (hereinafter referred to as the "handling station") announced by the railway department to apply for the migrant group round-trip ticket. The following materials must be provided when applying:

2. Submit ticket purchase requirements

From December 11 to December 16, 2013, employers who have applied can log in to the migrant worker group ticket processing website to submit ticket purchase requirements. Self-organized groups can be organized at the processing station by the person in charge. Submit the ticket purchase request personally. When submitting the request, you must provide the original second-generation ID card, mobile phone number and the original second-generation ID card of all passengers. At the same time, the manager must sign the "Agreement for Ordering Self-organized Group Tickets for Migrant Workers" ( provided by the station).

3． Organize ticket distribution

From December 17 to December 20, 2013, the Railway Bureau organized ticket distribution.

After the ticket allocation is completed, 12306 will send a ticket allocation notification text message to the mobile phone of the person in charge of the self-organized group that successfully allocated the tickets.

4. Pay and collect tickets

From 7:00 on December 21, 2013 to 23:00 on December 22, 2013, employers can log in to the migrant workers group ticket processing website to check and confirm the ticket allocation results, and select "Online Payment” or “window payment”. If you pay online, after successful payment, you can use the original second-generation ID card of the passenger to exchange for a paper ticket at any window or automatic ticket vending machine. If you pay at the window, you can pay and pick up the ticket directly with the original second-generation ID card of the passenger.

After receiving the 12306 notification text message, the self-organized group manager can go to any window before 23:00 on December 22, 2013 to pay and collect tickets with the original second-generation ID card of the passenger; adjustments are required. When taking a bus, you still need to go to the check-in station to apply with the order number and the original second-generation ID card of the passenger.

All group tickets for migrant workers on sale have the word "group" printed on the face. Refunds are in accordance with passenger regulations and must be processed at least 48 hours before departure. For tickets successfully paid online, changes must be made at the station window before being exchanged for paper tickets.

Since December 25, 2013, employment enterprises and self-organized groups can still purchase group tickets for migrant workers directly at all stations with the original second-generation ID card of the passenger. Employment companies that have applied can directly provide their company name or user name to purchase tickets, while companies that have not applied must provide the same materials as when applying in advance.
