Reservation Instructions

1. If the appointment is successful, but the physical condition is not good during the vaccination period, the vaccination will not be carried out and the quota will not be reserved. It is recommended not to make an appointment if the above conditions exist.

2. Please fill in the registration information carefully. Your name, ID card and SMS information will be checked during vaccination. If any conditions are found to be inconsistent, vaccination will not be given. An ID card can only make a successful reservation once, and reservations can only be made with one's real-name account. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of others. Once the reservation is successful, it cannot be transferred.
