Tianyan supports the query of company credit records, but cannot query personal credit records.

There are two ways to query personal credit information:

Offline inquiry: bring your valid ID card to the local counter for inquiry (some banks also have credit inquiry outlets).

Online inquiry: You can inquire through the personal credit information service platform of the Credit Information Center of the People's Bank of China. Operating steps:

B. Personal credit information summary, which shows personal credit status summary for registered users, including credit record summary, public record summary and inquiry record summary.

C. Personal credit report shows the basic information of personal credit information of registered users, including credit records, detailed information of some public records and inquiry records.

3. Obtain the query result: After the credit product is processed (usually the day after submitting the query application), the platform will send a short message containing the verification code to the user. Users can log on to the platform within 7 days after receiving the verification code, and use the verification code to view the query results.
