If it is a smart card, the charging standard for SMS function is: 3 yuan/month/card, free of charge three months before opening (including the opening month) (no discount will be enjoyed after cancellation); Pension account, subsistence allowance account, medical insurance account and unemployment insurance account are free; Sunflower and above customers are free.

If it is a credit card, a message will be sent for each online transaction (no special application is required, and this SMS notification is free). For domestic non-network and fast payment transactions, the transaction amount of RMB and above in 300 yuan will be sent, and for overseas non-network and fast payment transactions 100 RMB and above will be sent.
