According to the relevant provisions of the Civil Service Law and the recruitment of civil servants, the relevant matters concerning the interview of civil servants in the 2022 People's Republic of China (PRC) State Taxation Bureau are hereby notified as follows:

Interview confirmation and qualification examination

Please send an email before February 25th, 2022 18: 00 to confirm whether to attend the interview. Those who participate in the interview shall submit the interview qualification examination materials at the same time; If you give up the interview, you must also submit a statement of giving up the interview qualification. The specific requirements are as follows:

(2) The body of the email. See Annex 2 of this notice for the content style. Such as mailing address and contact information. Please indicate the change report in the body of the email when registering online.

(4) E-mail attachments. It is a compressed file, which contains all the interview qualification materials. Please scan or take photos with your mobile phone and make each material into a picture file. Pictures must be correct, clear and of moderate size. It is suggested that each picture file should be controlled at around 1MB, and all the pictures should be packaged and compressed into a RAR or ZIP file with the file name "XXX qualification materials (employing department+position code)". In particular, the following materials shall be provided:

1. My ID card.

2. My student ID card or work permit.

3. written examination admission ticket for public subjects.

4. Examination registration form (paste photos, truthfully fill in personal study and work experience in detail, the time must be continuous, and indicate whether you are studying on the job at each learning stage and what kind of academic qualifications and degrees you have obtained).

5. Academic qualifications and degree certificates of undergraduate and graduate students at various stages, academic certification of Xuexin.com of the Ministry of Education, degree certification of degree network, various grade certificates and vocational qualification certificates required for job applications.

6. Other materials:

This year's graduates provide "Recommendation Form for Civil Servants Employed in Examinations by Central Authorities and Their Directly Affiliated Institutions" (the template is downloaded from the special website of the National Civil Service Bureau, indicating the training method) and "Recommendation Form for Graduates' Two-way Employment Choice" issued by the school. If it is inconvenient to stamp and sign the recommendation form due to school holidays or epidemic situation, it may be postponed to the day of physical examination. If there are still difficulties, we must inform our unit in time.

On-the-job social workers provide the Registration Form for the Examination and Employment of Civil Servants by the Central Authorities and their directly affiliated institutions (the template is downloaded from the special website of the National Civil Service Bureau). If it is inconvenient to stamp or sign the recommendation form due to epidemic situation and other reasons, it may be postponed to the day of physical examination. If there are still difficulties, we must inform our unit in time.

Returned students provide foreign academic degree certificates certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

Materials issued by the personnel department of the organization at or above the county level after the expiration of the service provided by the project personnel of "university student village official"; The project personnel of "Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education" provide the certificate of "Special Post Teacher" and the examination form of "Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education" uniformly produced by the Provincial Department of Education and supervised by the Ministry of Education; The project personnel of the "Three Supports and One Support" program provide the "Three Supports and One Support" service certificate for college graduates issued by the provincial "Three Supports and One Support" work coordination management office; The project personnel of "College Students Volunteer Service in the West" provide the service certificate made by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the examination form for college students' volunteer service in the West; Retired soldiers who graduated from institutions of higher learning shall provide the certificate of retired officers of the China People's Liberation Army (or the certificate of retired officers of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force) uniformly produced by the Ministry of National Defense.

Candidates who give up the interview, the subject and text of the email are "XXX gives up the interview qualification (employing department+position code)". The attachment of the email is "Statement of Abandonment of Interview Qualification" (see Annex 3 of this notice for the content and style), which must be signed by myself and made into electronic photos or scanned copies. Those who fail to submit the waiver within the specified time and do not participate in the interview for personal reasons will be recorded in the integrity file of the civil service recruitment examination according to the seriousness of the case.

Site qualification examination

Candidates are requested to bring the original qualification review materials sent by email to the designated place at 9: 00 am-1:30 am and 6: 00 pm-16: 00 pm on March 3, 2022. The site of on-site qualification review is the office of the Special Commissioner of State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC) in Beijing (Beijing candidates should be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. If the materials are incomplete or the main information is untrue, which will affect the results of qualification examination, the interview qualification will be cancelled.
