4. Be responsible for the airworthiness certification of civil aircraft and its components within the jurisdiction as authorized, supervise and inspect the design and manufacture of civil aircraft and its components within the jurisdiction, and issue airworthiness instructions for civil aircraft; According to the authorization, examine and approve or submit for approval the airworthiness certificate and chartered flight certificate of civil aircraft within the jurisdiction, and implement supervision and management.
