Candidates are requested to pay close attention to relevant information and fill in according to their own needs and voluntary reporting requirements.

Voluntary reporting method

The voluntary reporting system is limited to online reporting on the computer, and mobile phone reporting is not supported for the time being. The website of Guangxi Admissions Examination Institute is the only website for volunteering. Candidates are requested to log on to the website of Guangxi Admissions Examination Institute for voluntary reporting within the specified time, click on the column of "Volunteer Reporting" and fill in the "Volunteer Reporting System for College Admissions in 2023" (hereinafter referred to as the Volunteer Reporting System).

Voluntary reporting procedure

Step 1: Log in.

First login: Candidates enter the voluntary reporting system with their registration number and initial password (that is, the last two digits of the candidate number+the last two digits of the admission ticket number+the last four digits of the ID card number), and supplement personal information, modify the initial password and set secret questions and answers according to the prompts.

Non-first login: fill in the registration number and modified login password on the home page of the voluntary reporting system to enter the system.

Step 2: Fill in.

Enter the reporting page, select the corresponding batch, fill in the college volunteers and professional volunteers, and choose whether to obey the adjustment of colleges and universities. Among them, to fill in the second batch and the first batch of art candidates in higher vocational colleges, we must first choose the corresponding subjects, then fill in the college volunteers and professional volunteers, and choose whether to obey the adjustment of colleges.

Step 3: Save.

After completing the volunteer information, candidates must click "Submit and Save" to confirm that the volunteer will take effect. "Submit and Save" is displayed at the top and bottom of the page, and you can click on either one. Special reminder to candidates: If you don't click "Submit and Save", you will not be able to save the volunteer information modified or filled in at that time.

Step 4: Check.

After saving the volunteer information, candidates can click "Browse Candidates' Volunteers" to view the volunteer information carefully. Before the operation of "locking candidates' volunteers", candidates can log in to the system to modify their volunteers within the reporting time.

Step 5: Lock.

Candidates can click "Lock Candidates' Volunteer" and enter the answer to the confidential question after confirming their volunteer information (it is recommended to exit the volunteer reporting system first and log in again to check the volunteer information again), so as to confirm all the batches of volunteers that can be reported in this round at one time and prevent the possibility of being tampered with by others.

Before locking, the system will count the number of volunteers in all batches of this round for candidates to check again. Once the volunteer is "locked", the candidate himself or any other unit or individual cannot modify it. Candidates who have not been "locked" within the time limit shall be subject to the information saved at the deadline of online volunteering, and will not go through the on-site confirmation procedures after online volunteering.

Step 6: Exit.

Click "Exit the current system" to close all web windows opened during the volunteering period, so as to prevent others from making modifications and collecting information that are not conducive to the candidates themselves.
