Why is the small video of Samsung s7 white?

1. Take a video with the camera of the mobile phone and play the test.

2. Check whether the screen color is normal when the phone is in standby. If it is not normal, it is recommended to set-auxiliary function-(listening)-negative color-uncheck it.

3. Reset camera parameters: camera-settings (gear icon)-(settings).

4. Try playing other video files.

5. Back up data (contacts, text messages, photos, etc. ) and restore factory settings (Settings-Reset/Privacy-Restore Factory Settings).
