How to cancel Alipay subscription information

To cancel the information subscribed by Alipay, please follow the following steps:

Open Alipay APP and log in to the account;

Click the "My" button at the bottom of the homepage;

Enter the "My Alipay" page and find the "Service Window" column;

Find the service number you want to unsubscribe from on the "Service Window" page, and click Enter;

On the homepage of service number, click the "Settings" button in the upper right corner;

Select "Cancel Attention" in the pop-up menu;

In the confirmation page that pops up, click OK to cancel the subscription.

If you have subscribed to the paid content of a service number, you need to go to Alipay Center for a refund before you can cancel your subscription.
