Step 1 Online Registration: You only need to provide a common email address for online registration in a few seconds.

The second step is to prepare the visa application materials. After successful registration, you only need to answer a few questions according to the system prompts to get the list of materials.

The third step is to make an appointment online and print the appointment notice. You can choose an appropriate time to submit your visa application online, and please print your appointment notice. Please note that if you fail to apply by appointment, your personal registration information will be automatically deleted on the day of appointment. If you want to make a new appointment, you need to register again.

The fourth step is to submit the materials in the Beijing Center of Sino-Chile Law Signing. Please bring the appointment notice, the materials required for visa application and your passport to Beijing Zhongzhi Law Signing Center on time to avoid unnecessary waiting.

You can choose to submit a visa application through an agent.

The agent shall provide: the power of attorney signed by the applicant, the original and copy of the agent's ID card.

Attention! The applicant should arrive at the appointed time to submit the materials. Applicants who fail to arrive on time will not be able to submit and need to make a new appointment.

The fifth step is to submit the materials. Our staff will check whether the materials you have prepared are complete and meet the requirements of the French Embassy in China.

In the case of incomplete application materials, you can supplement the copies of documents provided by the center, or submit the application directly (the possibility of refusal is relatively high).

Step 6 Pay the visa fee and visa service fee.

Visa fees and visa service fees can be paid by cash or credit card at the visa center. (Shenyang and Chengdu centers can only pay in cash)

Get a passport

When the passport is returned to Beijing Zhongzhifa endorsement center, the visa center will inform you to collect it by SMS. Please bring the original and photocopy of your ID card and the application certificate when you get your passport.

If you collect it on your behalf, you need to provide a copy of the applicant's ID card, a proofreading sheet of the application form and a power of attorney, as well as the original and copy of the recipient's ID card.
