Reset SMS password

If ICBC forgets the bank password by SMS, it can be reset. The reset method is as follows:

You can reset the online banking login password through ICBC Mobile Banking.

You can try to log in to mobile banking through mobile browser, iPhone or Android mobile banking client, and handle it under the column of "Services and Settings-E-banking Registration/Management".

ICBC's mobile banking self-service needs to meet the following conditions:

Mobile banking registration cards include all online banking registration cards;

All counter registration cards of mobile banking include all counter registration cards of online banking;

Without U shield, online banking and mobile banking only use the same cipher.

If the above conditions are not met at the same time, you cannot handle the online banking login password reset service yourself. If you forget your online banking login password, please bring your valid ID and online banking registration card and reset your online banking login password for free at the outlets that provide personal online banking services.

The reset new password will take effect immediately. Please log in to your personal online bank in time, and follow the prompts to change the 6-8 digit password set at the counter to a combination of 6-30 digits and letters, and remember the new password.
