Troubleshooting recovery and backup problems
1) Considering that using mobile data network for cloud backup will consume more data traffic, it is recommended to use cloud backup for backup or recovery when connecting to WLAN.
2) When backing up or synchronizing the mobile phone, please ensure that it is fully charged. When the battery is less than 20% in the uncharged state and less than 10% in the charged state, mobile phone data cannot be uploaded to the cloud.
3) The cloud hosting capacity is insufficient, and data cannot be uploaded. When your storage space is insufficient, you can increase the scale of cloud hosting by upgrading cloud hosting; You can also free up storage space by deleting the stored contents.
