What's wrong with Apple's mobile phone voice?

Apple's mobile phone voice can't hear sound because it doesn't turn on related functions. The solution is as follows:

Tool: iPhone 8

Operating system: iOS 14.4. 1.

Software: wechat v8.0.2

1. First, open the WeChat settings, as shown below:

2. After entering the settings page, click the new message notification, as shown in the figure below:

3. Click to open a new message to notify the voice and video call reminder.

4. Go back, open the phone settings, and click Notify, as shown in the figure below:

5. Click to open WeChat, as shown below:

6. Click Allow WeChat Message Notification, as shown below:
