The bank has informed the applicant by telephone or other means that the loan has been approved, and there is no need to inform the applicant by SMS.

According to Article 11 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Personal Loans, applying for personal loans shall meet the following conditions:

Article 13 After accepting the borrower's loan application, the lender shall fulfill the obligation of due diligence, investigate and verify the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the personal loan application content and related information, and form an investigation and evaluation opinion.
