How to contact passengers after the order of Dida Company is completed?

After the order of Dida Company is completed, contact the passengers like this:

1. There is a dialog box in the lower right corner to contact passengers. Only three messages can be sent before receiving the order, and passengers can be contacted by phone after receiving the order.

2. Publish the itinerary or grab tickets, pick up passengers on time, and remind passengers to click OK to get on the bus.

3. After arriving at the destination, remind passengers to click to confirm their arrival, the fare will be received, and they will evaluate each other and complete the order.
