If the heirs and legatees of the dead or declared dead employees need to inquire and print the account information of the housing provident fund of the dead employees, they can apply to the housing provident fund deposit business management office of the unit where they work with relevant handling requirements.

Method 4: Customer service hotline inquiry

Unit managers or employees can call the housing provident fund hotline 12329, and use manual service or self-service voice service to query employee housing provident fund account information.

Method 5: SMS query

Employees can receive the change notice of provident fund information through the personal ordinary version, personal professional version and free customized short message service in the online business hall, and employees can also use mobile phones to edit short messages to inquire about housing provident fund related information.
