How many delivery methods are there?

There are seven specific delivery methods: direct delivery, lien delivery, entrusted delivery, mail delivery, forwarding delivery, announcement delivery and electronic delivery.

SMS or telephone service belongs to electronic service, which refers to the court's service by modern electronic means such as fax, e-mail and mobile communication. According to Article 87 of the Civil Procedure Law, the adoption of electronic service shall be carried out in accordance with the following conditions and procedures:

(1) The consent of the addressee must be obtained, and the court shall not use this service method ex officio without the consent of the addressee. If the addressee agrees to be served by electronic means, it shall be confirmed in the confirmation of service address.

(2) Electronic service is only applicable to the service of litigation documents other than judgments, rulings and conciliation statements.

(3) Specific means of electronic delivery include fax, e-mail, mobile communication, etc., which can confirm that the addressee can receive it in time.

Article 88 of the Supreme Court's Opinions on Several Issues Concerning the Application of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates: "The announcement can be posted on the bulletin board of the court, the original residence of the addressee, or published in newspapers; If there are special requirements for the delivery method of the announcement, the announcement shall be made in the required way. When the announcement expires, it will be deemed to have been delivered. " Therefore, there are three traditional ways to deliver the announcement without special requirements:
