Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures

The examination methods are: ① written examination; 2 interview;

(1) Written examination subjects include: comprehensive knowledge and professional knowledge.

(2) The time and place of written examination will be notified separately. Candidates are requested to take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket.

(3) The written test ratio is 1: 3. If the proportion is insufficient, the employment of this position will be cancelled. After marking the written test, there is no qualified score line. According to the order from high score to low score, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score within the range of 1: 3 of the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position.

(4) The interview shall be conducted in accordance with the interview methods formulated by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation and the Planning and Research Center of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Communications. Candidates will be informed of the interview method by posting notices. The interviewer will inform the candidates of the interview results on the spot.

Complete all recruitment work within 60 working days (from registration deadline to final appointment and publicity).

Fourth, employment.

After the interview, according to the comprehensive score (40% of written test score and 60% of interview score) and the number of candidates to be recruited, it shall be implemented according to the recruitment position 1: 65438+ physical examination standard with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).

The qualified medical examination list will be published on the Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security website. The employed personnel shall implement the probation system. The probation period for fresh graduates is 12 months, and the probation period for social workers is 6 months.
