Step 2: Log in to your mailbox to receive the email, and click the link in the email to activate your account.

If you don't receive the activation email, you can click "What should I do if I don't receive the activation email" at the bottom of the page.

After clicking the link, you can see the relevant tips. Please follow the page prompts by resending the activation email, changing the email address, trying again, activating by SMS, and asking friends in Tianya community to help you activate. As shown in the figure below:

6. How to activate by SMS?

If you don't receive an activation email and want to activate your account via SMS, you can click "What should I do if I don't receive an activation email" at the bottom of the page and follow the following steps to activate.

Step 1: Click the "SMS Activation" button at the bottom left of the account activation page, as shown in the following figure:

Step 2: Edit the short message JH with your mobile phone and send it to 1066957 102. You will receive a 12 digit message. Fill the 12 bit in the message into the input box in the blue area on the right, and click the "Activate Now" button, as shown in the following figure:

7. How to ask community friends to activate your account?

If you haven't received the activation email and want to activate through friends in the community, you can click "What if you don't receive the activation email" at the bottom of the page and follow the following steps to activate.

Step 1: Click the "Ask Tianya community friends to help you activate" button at the bottom left of the account activation page, as shown below:

Step 2: Enter your friend's Tianya ID, message content and "Tell him or her who you are" in the input box in the blue area on the right, as shown below:

Step 3: Click the "Enter Community" button to enter Tianya Community and wait for your friend to activate your account. If your friend successfully activates your account, we will inform you through the on-site message. Please pay attention to the message prompt.

8. How to choose a user name?

You can choose your favorite name as your Tianya ID, and the ID can only use Chinese characters, English letters, numbers and dashes. It is forbidden to use the following symbol combinations: ASIIC code, position code character, empty Chinese character, full-width Chinese character, upper keyboard character (symbol drawn by pressing SHIFT key), etc.

9. Can the user name be changed?

User name is your identity in the community and will accompany you to live and grow in the community. The successfully registered user name cannot be changed. Please choose a user name that you like and can remember.

10. Aspects needing attention when registering a user name

Regarding the naming of ID, please do not use the following ID types:

1) The community reserves the right to cancel account names that are obscene or insulting or provocative to other users.

2) For the disputed ID with the same name as other users, the community will support the ID registered first, and reserve the right to register the ID after cancellation.

3) The community reserves the right to cancel the ID of social celebrities who are more influential than itself.

4) The community reserves the right to cancel some ID with advertising nature at any time.

5) The community reserves the right to cancel the registration of Tianya Community and Tianya Community Column as ID at any time.

6) For serious violations of community rules, the community reserves the right to cancel its ID at any time.

1 1. Why do you want to enter the confirmation password?

The user password and the confirmation password must be the same. After successful registration, you can also change your password in my Tianya. Please don't use too simple password when setting, in case others steal your password.

12. What are the requirements for password setting when registering?

For the security of your account, please refer to the following suggestions when registering and setting your password:

Password length is 6 to 16 characters; Use the combination of English letters, numbers and symbols when setting, such as cqmdt_042 or 7756jzm#$, and try not to be regular; If a password with low security is set, the system will remind you to modify the password until it meets the security requirements. Try to use different passwords for different accounts to prevent one account from being stolen and other accounts from being stolen at the same time.

13. Can I log in to Tianya without activation?

Inactive accounts can log in to Tianya. We suggest that you activate your Tianya account so that you can leave messages, comment, post, reply or use more products.

14. Why do I always get a prompt when I register, and the characters I enter contain characters blocked by the system? You want me to re-enter?

In order to build a harmonious community, Tianya Community has restricted some sensitive words. Please forgive me.

15. Why am I prompted that the verification code I entered is incorrect?

You need to enter the corresponding Arabic numerals according to the capital chinese numerals shown in the figure. Please enter the verification code in English or half-angle mode, otherwise you will be prompted that there is an error in the verification code.

16. How do I log in to the community?

If you have registered as a member of Tianya Community, you only need to fill in the correct user name and password through the community homepage and click "Login to Community" to complete the login. If you have not registered, please click here.
