The Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development requires that all housing leasing enterprises should effectively strengthen the management of newly-sold rented houses and tenants, strictly implement the requirements for community epidemic prevention and control, and ensure that all tenants are included in the community epidemic prevention and control system through human resources and technical means.
