1. What's the difference between credits and honors?

Credit hours: the accumulated volunteer service hours when signing in and signing out with the Volunteer Remittance APP can only be automatically recorded by the system and cannot be added by the administrator. 1 credit hour can automatically generate 1 public currency.

Honor hours: refers to the length of volunteer service that has not been successfully recorded through the Volunteer Remittance APP, such as the cumulative length of activities that you forgot to sign for, and the cumulative length of volunteer service activities that you participated in before using the Volunteer Remittance APP. Administrators of your organization can add or delete hours.

2. How to make up for the honor hour?

There are two ways to make up for the honor hour. For activities that forget to check out, select the associated check-in activities to make up time. The service data before signing-in activities or using voluntary remittance were not released, and the deposit was uploaded to supplement the honor time. Note: The duration of additional points associated with check-in activities cannot exceed the set total duration of check-in activities.

3. Are there any restrictions on publishing activities?

Every organization administrator can post activities that need to be reviewed. After the sign-in activity is approved, the publisher will receive a 6-digit sign-in code via SMS.

Parent organizations can add subordinate organizations, and administrators must be set after adding them. After adding, lower-level administrators can also publish activities.

4. What's the difference between "recruitment activity" and "check-in activity"?

Recruitment activities only recruit volunteers, and check-in activities are actually volunteer service activities carried out offline. Only check-in activities can record hours. Volunteers use the sign-in code to sign in on the volunteer remittance APP, and the system will automatically record the volunteer service time after signing in. (Check-in and check-out should be within the time and place set when the event is released)

5. What if volunteers forget to sign back?

As an important assessment basis for the construction of youth credit system, the credits of voluntary remittance have a high degree of credit and cannot be signed back or credited. If you forget to log out, please contact the administrator who posted the event and ask him to add honor time for you.

6. How to view and modify the information of this level and subordinate organizations? How to change or add an organization administrator?

Log in to the volunteer service management platform, select the organization at the same level or lower level from the organization information on the left, and view the information such as the number of organizations, sign-in recruitment activities, etc. Click System Management-Organization Management, select the current level or subordinate organization in the organization list, and click Edit to modify the information.
