1. Registration time:

Old and new postgraduate students can return to school starting from August 26th. The college arranges registration and participation in the first day of education and subsequent scientific research work.

New graduate students will arrive at campus on August 31st or September 1st. They will report to the registration points of each college from 8:30 to 14:00 on September 1st. Classes will officially begin on September 6th. New students who fail to complete the leave application procedures and fail to register two weeks overdue will be disqualified from admission.

If students are unable to report on time due to the epidemic or other special circumstances, they must apply for leave to the college.

2. How to enter the school:

Old students swipe their cards with their student ID cards, and new students swipe their cards with their ID cards, and undergo temperature checks, health codes, and itinerary codes (you can prepare screenshots of the day in advance) Only after passing the examination can you enter the school.

When checking in to the dormitory, freshmen must first present their admission notice, ID card, health code, and itinerary code to the administrator of each dormitory building, and undergo a body temperature test. 3. Teaching arrangements:

Students plan their routes appropriately when returning to Shanghai and school, carry enough personal protective equipment such as masks and quick-drying disinfectants with them, and wear masks throughout the process. 3. Students who drive to campus are required to travel lightly and get off at the school gate. Self-driving cars are not allowed into the school, and accompanying persons are not allowed to enter the school. In principle, parents are not required to accompany new students. Only if the test result is negative can they apply to return to school; students coming from or passing through domestic epidemic-risk areas or domestic medium-high-risk areas Students in the counties (districts and cities) where the region is located must implement strict centralized (home) health management for 14 days and undergo two new coronavirus nucleic acid tests. Only if the test results are negative can they apply to return to school.

3. Other students who come to Shanghai from other provinces and cities must provide a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test report within 48 hours before departure before they can apply to return to Shanghai. After returning to Shanghai, the school will organize a COVID-19 test as soon as possible. Virus nucleic acid testing, only if the test result is negative can you start studying and living normally.

4. Students who come from or pass through areas that have been transferred from medium-high risk to low-risk areas in the past 21 days, and students who do not meet the conditions for home health observation after returning to Shanghai, will be temporarily suspended from returning to Shanghai. Students who meet the conditions for home health observation after returning to Shanghai will implement a 7-day home health observation. During this period, a new coronavirus nucleic acid test will be reasonably arranged. Only those with negative results can apply to return to school. They will continue to carry out self-health management for 7 days after entering school.

5. From the date of being classified as a medium- and high-risk area, students who came from or passed through a medium- and high-risk area in the previous 14 days will be subject to a 14-day strict centralized (home) health observation (since they left the city's medium- and high-risk areas) (counted from the date of arrival in Shanghai from risk areas or other domestic epidemic risk areas), two new coronavirus nucleic acid tests will be carried out. Only those with negative test results can apply to return to school.

6. If a student’s family members who live with him or her have returned to Shanghai from a medium or high-risk area at home or abroad 21 days before returning to school, the student should report to the counselor before returning to school and prepare a plan for 7 days after entering school. Self-health management.

7. Students returning to Shanghai from abroad must strictly implement relevant national and Shanghai city control measures after entering the country. Only those with a green health code and a negative nucleic acid test for the new coronavirus can apply to return to school.

8. If the person or the family member living with *** is a confirmed case, a positive nucleic acid test, or a suspected case, the return to Shanghai and school will be postponed. Those who have positive nucleic acid tests and suspected cases have been excluded. Those who have recovered from the confirmed cases and have a negative nucleic acid test for the new coronavirus can apply to return to school.

9． Close contacts and close contacts of COVID-19 who have completed quarantine and observation in accordance with Shanghai’s relevant requirements and need to undergo another 14 days of intensive (home) health observation and have a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test can apply to return to school.

10. During the investigation of new local cases, students who are notified that they need to undergo a nucleic acid test for the new coronavirus should promptly report to the counselor and complete 14 days of centralized (home) health management and 2 new coronavirus tests. If the viral nucleic acid test is negative, you can apply to return to school.

11. Students who come from or pass through medium- and high-risk areas in the city will be postponed from returning to school until the area is adjusted to a low-risk area before they can apply to return to school. Strictly follow the regional definitions issued by this city.

12. All students (except those who stayed in Shanghai during the summer vacation) must apply through the "Healthy Road Student Campus Entry and Exit Application and Review (Including Return to School) System" (hereinafter referred to as the "System") , you can submit an application in the system up to 7 days in advance and at least 1 day in advance before 17:00, fill in the return information, and submit a screenshot of the "Health Code" and "Communication Itinerary Card" on the day of application. Students who need nucleic acid testing in the return to school application requirements , you also need to upload a valid nucleic acid test report. After approval by the department, access to the school will be granted, and students will return to school as scheduled according to the application date.
