How will the bank collect the overdue credit card?

1. Call for debt collection. For bills that are overdue for more than 30 days and 1 year, the method of reminding repayment by phone is mainly adopted.

Second, SMS query. At the initial stage of repayment, the cardholder is mainly overdue, which is usually 7- 15 days overdue. SMS mainly plays the role of reminder.

Third, door-to-door collection. If it is overdue for more than 90 days, the bank will arrange a collection staff to remind the cardholder of his residence or work address.

Fourth, court proceedings. For those who are overdue for more than half a year, the bank will apply to the court to ask the cardholder to repay the arrears.

5. Outsourcing collection. This method is mainly aimed at overdue for more than one year, and the bank will package and discount the overdue funds to the outsourcing company for collection, and be responsible for overdue dunning.
