The owner places an order through the carrier network-> the business department accepts the order-> assigns the fleet to receive the goods-> the driver accepts the order and picks it up at the door-> completes the delivery-> the sales department/transfer station packages, weighs and measures (measures the volume)-> the billing SMS informs the customer of the cost-> the goods leave.
