Announcement on matters related to the return of candidates stranded in Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province in 2022 and epidemic prevention

The 2022 Junior High School Academic Level Examination (hereinafter referred to as "Senior High School Entrance Examination") will be held from June 18 to June 20. According to the Notice of the Office of the Leading Group for the Response to the COVID-19 Epidemic in Shaanxi Province on Printing and Distributing the Guidance Plan for the Prevention and Control of the Epidemic in the Examination of Education and Other Related Industries in Shaanxi Province (No.39 [2022] of Shaanxi Pneumonia Office) and the Notice of the Office of the Education Department of Shaanxi Province on Doing a Good Job in the Prevention and Control of the Epidemic in the Examination of Junior Middle School Academic Level in Shaanxi Province in 2022 (No.0/7 of Shaanxi Education Foundation [2022]) and Shaanxi Education. Do a good job in the spirit of the Notice on the Management of Junior High School Academic Level Examination in Shaanxi Province in 2022 (No.8 [2022] of Shaanxi Senior High School Entrance Examination). In order to effectively protect the life safety and health of the majority of candidates and ensure the safe and smooth implementation of the senior high school entrance examination in our city, the relevant matters concerning the return and epidemic prevention of candidates stranded in our city are hereby announced as follows:

1. Candidates who have signed up for the senior high school entrance examination in Hanzhong City and are still stranded outside the county (district) where the senior high school entrance examination is registered must report the detention situation to the admissions examination institution of the county (district) where the senior high school entrance examination is registered in time (see Annex 1 for contact information), mainly including the reasons for detention, the name of the detention place, my health status, return arrangements and other information.

Second, the ninth-grade candidates stranded outside our city must return to the registration place of the senior high school entrance examination before June 3, 2022 (before the exam 14 days), and the eighth-grade candidates must return to prepare for the exam before June 5, 2022 (before the exam 14 days), and strictly protect themselves on the way back. Candidates stranded in other counties (districts) other than the counties (districts) where the senior high school entrance examination is registered in this Municipality shall be required to return by the enrollment examination institutions of the counties (districts) where they are registered in accordance with the requirements of territorial epidemic prevention in a timely manner.

Three, all candidates should enter the static management during the period from 14 days before the exam to the end of the senior high school entrance examination, insist on unnecessary mobility, do not go to places with large population mobility, do not contact with people at risk of epidemic situation, stay at home or at home and school, do a good job in daily temperature measurement, record and health monitoring, and fill in the health monitoring record form (Annex 2) and health record book (Annex 3). Candidates with abnormal health conditions should immediately report to their school and the entrance examination institution where the senior high school entrance examination is registered, and must not lie or conceal. Candidates and cohabitants should strengthen their own health management, reduce mobility and gathering, and avoid contact with people at risk of epidemic situation.

Four, the day before the senior high school entrance examination candidates according to the requirements of the county (district) where the test center is located, submit the "health monitoring record form" and "health book", provide negative proof of nucleic acid 48 hours ago, and check the health code and travel card.

5. For personal reasons, candidates did not take the initiative to report the detention situation, forged the detention information, and refused to cooperate with the admissions examination institutions where the entrance examination for senior high school entrance examination was registered to complete the detention information sorting and health examination, so the consequences of failing to take the senior high school entrance examination on time were borne by the candidates themselves and their parents.
