How to make a form with a mobile phone

The method of making tables by mobile phone is as follows:

Tools: Xiaomi 12 mobile phone, MIUI 13, digital table 6.2.0.

1. Enter the number table and click+in the upper right corner of the home page.

2. Enter the Add page.

3. Select the form template to be made in the template category, and click to enter the form.

4. After entering the form, enter the data information, check it, and then click Finish Save in the upper left corner.

5. After saving the form, go back to the home page, find the newly saved form, hold down the form, select the rename option in the pop-up page, and name it.
