The 2022 Supervision Engineer Professional Qualification Examination (Chuzhou Examination Area) is scheduled to be implemented on November 26 and 27, 2022. In order to effectively protect the health of the candidates and ensure the safe and orderly conduct of the examination, in accordance with the latest national and provincial epidemic prevention and control policies, the epidemic prevention and control requirements during the examination are hereby notified as follows:

1. Candidates are requested to pay attention. And comply with Chuzhou City’s epidemic prevention and control work requirements, reduce social activities before the exam, do not gather, dine out, have parties, etc., avoid going to crowded places, and take personal protection to avoid being unable to take the exam as scheduled.

2. On the day of the test, a temperature measurement and code scanning point will be set up at the entrance of the test center. Candidates should arrive at the test center 60 minutes in advance. All candidates (including staff) must provide a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the first test. Certificate (paper version or electronic version is acceptable), on-site inspection of "Health Code" and communication big data itinerary card. Only if there are no abnormalities in the above three items and the body temperature is normal can you enter the test center.

3. Candidates with a history of living in high-risk areas 7 days before the exam must implement 7 days of home quarantine and provide negative nucleic acid test certificates on days 1, 3, 5, and 7 before they can take the exam; Candidates who have a history of traveling to low-risk areas in the county (district) where the high-risk area is located 7 days before the exam need to provide proof of negative nucleic acid tests twice within 3 days after leaving the county (district) where the epidemic occurred (the two sampling times must be at least 24 hours apart) ) before taking the exam.

4. Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to take the exam: those who cannot provide proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the first exam; those whose "Health Code" is not a green code and the risk has not been eliminated; Those who have fever (abnormal body temperature ≥37.3°C), cough, chest tightness and other physical abnormalities that do not rule out the risk of infection; those who are in the isolation period or home health monitoring period and have not yet been released from control; those who are not suitable to take the exam according to the local epidemic prevention and control policies.

5. On the day of the test, please bring your own disposable medical mask, use appropriate travel methods to the test site, and keep a safe distance from others. During the exam, masks are worn throughout the exam except for the identity verification process, and a safe distance of more than 1 meter is maintained at all times.

6. If you have symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough, difficulty breathing, diarrhea, etc. before the exam, please truthfully report to the local disease control department and go to a designated hospital for treatment in a timely manner. Candidates who feel unwell during the examination must report to the staff immediately and obey the staff's management. During the exam, the exam time that is delayed due to candidates needing to undergo health testing or need to be transferred to an alternate isolation exam room due to personal reasons will not be replenished.

7. Please consciously abide by relevant epidemic prevention requirements and local personnel control policies. Anyone who conceals or lies about travel history, contact history, health status and other key epidemic prevention and control information does not cooperate with staff in epidemic prevention testing, inquiries, etc. Those who cause serious consequences will be held legally responsible.
