What does Unicom charge for voice calls mean?

Unicom's voice communication fee is the cost incurred when making a phone call or making a voice call on a mobile phone device. Including local fees, domestic roaming, domestic long distance, international long distance, international roaming, etc.

Voice communication fees include the following fees:

Local charges: the basic call charges incurred by making and receiving calls (except calls between users in the same group) where you access the network.

Domestic roaming: after leaving the network access location, the basic call charges generated by using other domestic phones to make calls (except for calls between users in the same group, excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
