Can Xishui County pay Wuhan vehicle violation fines?

1. For Wuhan vehicles, if the violation occurs in Xishui County, the violation fine can be processed in Xishui County. If the violation does not occur within Xishui County, Wuhan vehicle violation fines cannot be processed in Xishui.

Violations can only be dealt with at the place where the violation occurred or at the place where the vehicle license plate was issued. If it is an on-site violation, such as a violation directly caught by the traffic police on the spot, it must be dealt with at the place of violation. If it is an off-site violation, such as a violation captured by a traffic camera, it can be handled either at the place where the violation was committed or at the place where the motor vehicle license plate was issued.

2. According to the "Regulations on Procedures for Handling Road Traffic Safety Violations" implemented by the Ministry of Public Security on April 1, 2009,

Article 4: Traffic police discovered during law enforcement Illegal acts shall be under the jurisdiction of the traffic management department of the public security organ where the illegal acts occurred.

Article 5: Illegal acts recorded in traffic technical surveillance data may be under the jurisdiction of the traffic management department of the public security organ at the place where the illegal act occurred, where the illegal act was discovered, or where the motor vehicle was registered.
