Pick-up etiquette

1. After receiving the airport pick-up or flight information, communicate with the department head in time to confirm the information of airport pick-up guests, including the number of airport pick-ups, name (professional title), gender, contact information, hotel stay, general arrangement after airport pick-up, etc. In order to prepare vehicles, arrange drivers and plan driving routes.

2. After confirming the information, send the pick-up information to the guests in time to reassure them that the receptionist has made arrangements. At the same time, send a screenshot of the weather information of the destination city in the past five days to the guests so that they can understand the urban climate change.

3. Pay attention to the flight information at any time, confirm the accurate arrival time of the flight, check the road conditions when picking up the plane, plan the route in time to avoid the congested sections, and ensure that you arrive at the airport at least half an hour in advance.

If you are late or can't arrive on time due to force majeure, you need to make a plan in advance to solve it. At the same time, when you can contact the guest's plane by phone, apologize to the guest in time, explain the situation and inform the corresponding solution. If there are any special circumstances when picking up the plane, please contact the department in time.

4. After the plane arrives, contact the guests by telephone in time, and tell them that they have arrived at the airport to wait for the arrival of the guests, and where they will wait to be greeted, or send a pick-up message "Dear XX leader, I am XXX, the receptionist of XX Company, who is responsible for picking up the plane during your trip. I have arrived at the airport, waiting for you at the XX exit ".

Then take the initiative to observe the arrival passenger flow, you can find the guest's figure in time and say hello actively. Please show your pick-up card in a conspicuous position where you receive strangers, so that guests can easily identify them.

5. After receiving the guests, for the familiar guests, take the initiative to take over the large luggage in the hands of the guests (except the carry-on luggage such as briefcases and handbags), guide the guests to the parking place about 1 m in front of the customers, and actively open the door before arriving at the car, so that the guests can get on the bus and sit down first, and then put the luggage after the guests get on the bus.

For a stranger, you should first confirm your identity and introduce yourself. Then, with the consent of the guest, you should take the big luggage in the guest's hand and guide the guest to the parking place.

6. The seat behind the copilot is the first guest seat, the seat behind the driver's seat is the second guest seat, and the seat in the middle of the back row is the third guest seat. If there is only one guest, the seat behind the co-pilot (VIP seat) will be arranged. If there are two people, the other person will sit behind the driver's seat according to the level. Or sit at will according to the wishes of the guests, without making arrangements.
