If you forget the login password of China UnionPay Express APP, you can click "My" in China UnionPay Express APP (which needs to be updated to the latest version) to enter the login page, click "Encountered a problem"-"Forgot the login password" at the bottom of the page, enter the mobile phone number to obtain the verification code, and then select "Retrieve through face recognition (only for non-military insurance card users who support the real name of ID card)", "Retrieve through bank card" or "Pass the security question". If you can't get the SMS verification code because the mobile phone number is no longer used, you can click "Can't get the SMS verification code?" The verification code input box below. If you forget the payment password of China UnionPay Express APP, you can log in to China UnionPay Express APP, click "My" on the lower right to enter the "My" page, and retrieve it through "Upper Right-Pinion icon settings"-"Security Center"-"Payment password settings". After retrieval, the bank card bound to the original account may be unbound, depending on the actual situation.
