In addition, wages can more comprehensively reflect the total monthly income of employees, whether it is lower than the minimum wage standard, and enterprises have pension insurance, medical insurance, work injury insurance, unemployment insurance, housing provident fund and personal income tax that employees will deduct from their wages, so that employees can supervise whether the unit deducts or does not deduct other items, and so on. When a labor dispute occurs, the draft salary can be used as an important basis for labor arbitration. Employees should be carefully retained. If the employer fails to pay the salary on time and provide the salary details, the employee can ensure that the local labor inspection team will report it.
