How does Want Want set up an automatic message for customers after Taobao customer service logistics signs?

1. First find your mobile phone Taobao APP and click Open, as shown below.

2. Open it and click "My Taobao" in the lower right corner of Taobao homepage, as shown in the figure below.

3. Then click the "Settings" sign in the upper right corner of the "My Taobao" interface, as shown in the following figure.

4. Then click on the "avatar" column in "Settings" to enter, as shown below.

5. Finally, you can see your member name (Wangwang name) on the Personal Information page, as shown in the figure below.
