Why can’t this card send text messages?

The status of the mobile phone card is normal and text messages cannot be sent:

1. Check whether the SMS function of the mobile phone card is turned on normally; (You can test whether the SMS can be received. If it can be received, the SMS function is normal)

2. Check whether the SMS center number of China Mobile is correct; (How to set the SMS center number of China Mobile: Enter Messages-Settings-More Message Settings-SMS Information Center Settings. The number of China Mobile SMS Center is: 861380ABCD500 , ABCD is the local area code. If the area code is three digits, fill in the last digit with 0 (Example: Shanghai 021, the SMS center number is 8613800210500; Zhengzhou, Henan 0371, the SMS center number is 8613800371500))
