What should I do if I receive a text message without prompting?

There is no prompt when receiving short messages, which can be solved by the following methods.

Confirm speaker failure

Confirm whether the speaker is faulty (if the speaker is damaged, after-sales treatment is required);

Open information notification permission

Enter the notification authority to open information in Settings-Status Bar and Notification-Management Notification;

Change the ringtone

Go to Settings-Sound-Information Ringtone-Change other ringtones;

Raise the volume of the bell

In the standby interface, press the volume plus key to increase the volume of the ringtone;

Restore factory settings

Enter Settings-More Settings-Restore Factory Settings-Restore All Settings/Clear All Settings (Restoring All Settings will not clear the data in the phone, please back up the data in the phone before clearing all the data).
