Personal pension customers can submit information change applications through the information change application function. Only personal information change applications are supported, and business requests are not involved. After the application for information change is submitted, it will take effect after being reviewed by the business personnel of the annuity system.

When you log in to online banking, under the menu Pension-Business Declaration-Information Change Application, select the annuity plan you need to change, and click OK to enter the modification page, where you can modify the contact telephone number, mobile phone number, contact address, postal code and email address. If you have relevant information and documents, you can organize them into rar format, which is no more than 10MB, and click the browse button to add them. Click the confirm button after the change. Page prompt changed successfully.
