As this year's payment period is in the epidemic prevention and control period, please do personal protection and wear masks when paying. Keep a certain safe distance, cooperate with the inspection of the site code, show two codes (health code and travel code) and the negative report of nucleic acid detection within 5 days, try to pay the fees at the wrong peak and the wrong point as much as possible, and pay the fees at the nearest outlets to ensure their own safety to the maximum extent. The specific matters are arranged as follows:

1. Give cash discount to heat users who pay the heating fee in full during the heating period within the heating range of our company. See the table below for details:

Remarks: (1) Pay fees normally on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; (2) The user card number or room number to be bound for WeChat official account payment can be obtained through previous years' payment, positive information of user-specific heating card or calling customer service phone of Ruiyang Company; (3) Electronic invoice for heating fee payment business has been launched. Please check the SMS link to confirm the invoice information after the user pays the fee successfully, or you can print it yourself.

Second, the charging price and heating period:

1. According to the document of Jinzhong original price bureau (market price [2009] 142), the heating price is as follows:

(1) Residential building: 4.30 yuan per square meter per month (the area is calculated according to the interior area);

(2) Organs and organizations: 6.80 yuan per square meter per month (the area is calculated by converting the construction area into the standard height factor);

(3) Commercial users: 7.30 yuan per square meter per month (calculated after the area is converted according to the standard height coefficient of the building area).

Three, the following hot users do not enjoy preferential policies:

2. Hot users who are in arrears (they can enjoy preferential policies only after paying relevant fees).

Because low-income households and poor households are changing every year. According to the company's regulations, from 2020, such hot users will only enjoy the preferential policy of low-income payment once. After the confirmation list is issued by the superior department, it will go through the registration formalities in our company at the specified time, and it will not be handled after the deadline. After the registration is completed, arrange a unified time to transfer the subsidy to the user account. Please pay attention.

V. About intelligent valves:

1. Heat users who have installed intelligent lock control valves should bring special heating cards when paying fees at various outlets. Please activate it in time after the payment is successful. (Attached is the name of the community where the self-service credit card reader has been installed, which is convenient for hot users to activate nearby after online payment. )

2. Hot users (old renovated residential areas) who are installing intelligent lock control valves can pay fees in advance according to user information, and will be notified separately to receive special heating cards after installation.

3. If there is any abnormality in the process of opening the intelligent lock valve after the activation of the special heating card (which can be judged according to the instructions on the back of the special heating card), please call the hotline in time or register in the customer service center of Ruiyang Company, and our maintenance personnel will come to the door for maintenance.

Six, the following business banks do not accept, need to go to Ruiyang company customer service center:

(1) Apply to stop supply;

(2) There are overdue fees;

(3) It belongs to room association (such as attic, different users, both merchants and households, etc.). );

(4) Enterprise users need to change their names and paper invoices;

(5) One household and multiple districts need invoices;

During the charging period, our customer service center will give priority to receiving WeChat reservation users to handle the payment business.
