Article 4 The public security organ is the administrative department in charge of dog management in this Municipality, which implements unified supervision and management of dog management, is responsible for dog registration, manages the reception and rescue of dogs, and investigates and deals with acts that undermine the order of dog management.

Urban management law enforcement departments are responsible for investigating dog-raising behaviors that hinder urban management and damage city appearance and environmental sanitation.

Animal husbandry and veterinary departments are responsible for the immunization, quarantine, epidemic control and harmless treatment of dogs.

Development and reform, finance, ecological environment, housing and urban construction, health, market supervision and management departments within the scope of their respective duties, do a good job in dog management. Fifth people's governments at all levels and relevant government departments should strengthen the publicity and education of dog management, organize the production, release and broadcast of public service advertisements for civilized dog raising, and guide residents to standardize dog raising. Article 6 Villagers' committees and residents' committees are encouraged to formulate village (residents') conventions regulating dog-raising behavior in their own areas and supervise their implementation. Article 9 Dogs kept by units shall be kept in captivity or tethered, and shall not be discharged from the hospital.

Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, units shall not raise dogs in key management areas. Tenth dog registration system. Dog owners shall, within/0/5 days from the date of raising a dog, take the dog to the dog registration service place set up by the public security organ for information registration, obtain a dog-raising license and a dog-raising license, and implant an electronic logo with relevant materials such as identity certificate and residence certificate.

Dog barking affects the normal life of others, and dog owners should take effective measures to stop it. Eighteenth dogs shall comply with the following provisions:

(1) Wearing dog tags for dogs;

(three) take the initiative to stay away from others;

(four) take the elevator or in crowded places, put a muzzle on the dog, or put the dog into a dog bag, dog cage or hug;
